As the Bar Manager at Bar Manager at Alobar Yorkville, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will oversee all aspects of the bar operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency. With your leadership, our bar team will deliver exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
Train, motivate, and supervise bar staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain an extensive beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Create and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while controlling costs.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professionalism.
Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the bar's reputation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings and ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
Extensive knowledge of beverages, including spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Proven ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and bar management software is preferred.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
