Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Renovation. Construction. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Screening questions: Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
