Our professional team always strives to listen to our customers’ needs and offer personalized advice. Now we are looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to streamline our daily works, for providing more professional and courteous service to our teams and customers.


Position Details:

Position: Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110)
Hourly Wage: $22
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Job Duties:

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Open and distribute regular mail and other material and coordinate with other departments.
- Schedule appointments for fittings, alterations, and consultations with clients and tailors.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about available products.
- Maintain and update inventory records of dresses, suits, accessories, and other items.
- Handle paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and customer orders, maintain a good filing systems.
- Help to set administrative rules and regulations, and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Assist in organizing special events or promotions at the boutique.
- Provide support to the sales team by processing transactions and handling payments.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist the boutique manager with any additional tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or coursework in fashion, retail, or business administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the boutique is well-organized.
