Description

Lead person during shift and responsible for complete operation of restaurant during shift work
Sandwich artist duties includes food and bread preparation
Preparation of catering order and delivery
Establish food preparation schedule
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activity of staffs  
Ring sell in POS; increase sell of restaurant
Train new staff  
Resolve customer complain
Inventory movement, ordering and receiving,
Make sure that restaurant is clean as per franchise standard
Perform all job duties of restaurant supervisor
