Job Duties include:
· Maintain inventory control and assist in preparing the budgeting
· Prepare the strategy of sales as per the market research to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue
· Monitor the performance of the Sales team and motivate them for constant growth
· Assist in the hiring process of the staff whenever required
· Prepare contracts and educate the sales team about the latest promotions and policies
· Resolve the complaints with customers regarding sales and service and provide solutions
· Take customer feedback to improve the sales service as per the customer needs and develop sales strategies.
· Educate the customers about the latest equipment and advise them about the merchandise suitable for them
· Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and key networks with the industry.
· Carrying out the sales training with staff and role-playing sales techniques
· Accomplish required targets and an elevated level of sales
· Monitor sales revenue and manage advertisements, promotions, and other expenses
Language: Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must.
