location.

Responsibilities
?? Supervising all store operations like scheduling, training, ordering supplies, opening and closing store and
keeping a record of the cash register and cash deposits.
?? Performing a full range of body and foot massages while working as the backup massager.
?? Enforcing internal policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the clients and also the employees.
?? Creating and/or participating promotional and public relations campaigns of the store to raise public awareness of
store’s services.
?? Supervising the use and maintain of the store facilities’ cleanness, including but not limited to massage rooms,
tools, lines.
?? Ensuring the top standard of customer satisfaction by attentive and detail-oriented customer services, patient and
friendly customer interaction in regard to feedback and complaints.
Ideal Candidates:
?? MUST be well-knowledged of Chinese Style Acupressure knowledge and methodologies, including deepunderstanding of the Body Meridian System, Key Body Acu-points and their medical & health implications.
?? MUST be a great team player, fun and positive attitude, able to tailor your approach to various client requirements.
?? MUST be able to work various hours, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and Holidays.
?? Previous working experience as a Store Manager of a Health & Wellness Store or SPA Store is highly desired
?? College & above education in Business Admiration, Marketing, Customer Services or related major, better withsome formal training on Chinese Style Acupressure Massage, Reflexology, or similar approaches, e.g. Tui Na
?? Medium to High level of English communication skills to understand clients’ needs
