Job Duties
Preparation of various Mexican dishes; such as but not limited to burritos, fajitas, enchiladas etc.;
Responsible for keeping the work area clean and organized;
Proper handling of food, with special attention to FoodSafety;
Ability to work with various cooking supplies such as oven, grill etc.;
Help organize and execute menu, supplies and kitchen helpers.
Requirements
High-School is required;
A minimum of one year of experience as a cook
Attention to detail;
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends)
